Tomamu is an easy transfer by train from Chitose Airport.  Spread out over a vast expanse, there are shuttle buses that go everywhere. Tomamu is popular with excellent silky snow and a variety of runs covering everything from cruisers to bumps to powder & trees. For an exciting alpine experience you can also choose to try cat skiing or heli skiing . The resort also has a variety of restaurants, spa, outdoor pool, indoor wave pool, relaxation centre and ice dome village.

Tomamu lies near Sahoro and is situated close to the Hidaka National park. Tomamu is the most lavish of the Hokkaido resorts and is marketed towards the affluent skier. The resort has spared no expense and the facilities on and off mountain are first class.
