While many young or youngish visitors like it for its lively nightlife, it’s also an excellent family resort with excellent children’s amenities and a wide range of off-slope facilities. Four Valleys of the Zillertal Mountain Range merge at Mayrhofen allowing the nearby areas including the glacier can be skied on the same lift pass, and accessed by free bus.
